I have always been pretty good at copy writing but today I felt I should step it up a notch. So I listened to a couple of courses.

I then read through as many good Copies as I could remember (I figured if I could remember them or had bought the product it must have a good copy).

I then picked the most successful of them. and read each one allowed 3 or four times and then I made myself write (yes with a pen and paper) the copy out twice. It is truly shocking how much of the info is retained..
Ok I then realised that the best way to get the copy down, was to actually speak it so I picked some voice recognition software (I used Mac speech dictate but if you are a Microsoft user I hear Dragon Naturally speaking is good). I haven’t used voice recognition software in a while and oh boy has it come on. I can actually speak quickly and it keeps up! the Accuracy isn’t too bad. The key is to not be put off by inaccuracies, you can always pick them up later. So just speak what you want to get across don’t hold back and don’t edit yourself.

You have to remember what you are selling. It is very easy to go on about how good you are and not mention what your product is going to do for the customer. SO Stay focused.
Next you need to think of a good headline this is the most important bit it has to be attention grabbing and compelling eg “I’m up over £12,000, but the main thing that impresses me…” it grabs the attention and leaves people needing to know what impresses me.
and finally I learn t don’t be afraid to copy other peoples work. I don’t mean word for word but take a headline and then apply it to your business. if it works for them your darn sure it is going to work for you.
Right it is way past my bedtime. lol so I will continue this blog at a later date.

No one can be an expert on everything. Fact!
However, to be an internet entrepreneur you need to be able to use the power of positive only leverage.
This leverage you have to find in the way of a mastermind group.
My mastermind group is the Turn-key Marketing Group! In my group are many successful internet marketers from all across the globe. We all have different skills. which we share with each other. on a weekly basis.
It is the ability to call upon the knowledge and skill of a “maven” or guru at any time, that really makes the difference to maximize your productive time.
For instance, if you wanted to start to leverage Facebook for ( coincidentally here is my Facebook page come be my friend http://www.facebook.com/income.guru ) networking then you would have to search around, read e-books and generally filter out all the dross.
Average time to get a good basic knowledge would be about a week. However,using the power of a good mastermind group you would just ask the question and if there was a person who had already mastered that skill then they would share with you all the tips and tricks and best routes of doing things.
Time taken to get a master in Facebook? A couple of hours.
Do you see the importance of this? Leverage is what enables us to spend a couple of hours in front of the computer each day and still make 5 figure incomes each month. Use it or Fail.

If you are trying to become a success online or offline there are four rules that you should try to follow to ensure success and speed up the process of building your online business

I like to think to of this as a recipe.

If you miss out any of the ingredients then the results are going to be undesirable or something that you didnt set out to create

1 Replication

This for me is one of the most  important parts of the recipe. By replication what I mean in it purest state is to find someone who has what you want and then copy them. You will then have a proven formula for your desired outcomes. You have to try and find people who personify everything you would like to become. You will want to find someone with the same moral ethics as you.

The Ideal way to set this in to action is to employ a Mentor. yes this is expensive can be as much as 2k a month. But this outlay can be regained by the amount of time you will save in the long run. and you will have someone to set you in the right direction, and more importantly to pull you up when you screw up or start to slack of. The good thing abut actually paying for the service of a mentor is you have added motivation to take action on the instruction of the mentor, I mean you don’t want to waste all that money do you.

2 Trials

Life’s a game and in order for you to become great at game you need to practice. Internet business and making money online whether it be by affiliate marketing or by doing CPA offers, is essentially a game. Now in this game you are going to need to practice. It is by practicing that you will learn what works and what does not.

The only real way of perfecting the formula that you are either given by your mentor or have replicated from another person is to trial it if it does’nt work junk it and start again ( no dead horse flogging here my friends) if it works a little bit then tweak it the tweak make it a bit better than increase the tweak, and so on . You get the idea. Very soon you will have your own formula that is working for you, and helping you to start enjoying the business to its fullest.

3. Planning

Planning is also a big one that is quite often forgotten certainly by people who say phrases like “oh I will just go with the flow” and “I like to let my day be organic” these peopl are very rarely hugely successful.

I like  to give myself a daily routine ie an hour of action tasks and an hour orf research as an example and then I will on top of that set myself a couple of big weekly tasks like to learn a new marketing technique or program . Maybe a will say I want to have 100 new subscribers to one of my youtube accounts. something like that anyway. I don’t make my tasks easy but I also don’t make unobtainable goals either. As this will not help anything.

To start with set small task and goals. And as you start to achieve these goal and celebrate you success you will start to find that you can set a bigger goal next time and success will become more and more common. ( This idea is Using the “law of attraction” to increase your success for those of you who are familiar with this theory)

4 Massive action

This is a favorite phrase of my mentor “Just make sure to take massive action every day phil” I can here the words clearly in my mind. My biggest problem is I so often get stuck in the analysis paralysis. I learn something and then learn something else and ten do some research on the latest black hat technique and forget to actually do something. when you could learn half the amount and get more result if you get stuck in straight away .

A perfect example of this is my first attempts at video marketing. I was so worried about if my hair was too long or did my teeth look to yellow I stumbled over my words. and was embarrassed to even publish it. It was at this point my mentor told me that in the time I had been thinking about all this stuff  she had made two sales. You see there is a strong possibility that if I had my video out they might have been my sales. It was that moment that I realized that the worse thing to do in internet marketing or indeed any business is NOTHING AT ALL. By doing nothing the result is certain. you will achieve nothing . But if you have a go you will always benefit it might not result in a sale. But you will have gained experience and you can go back to number two trials to make sure next time its better.

5. Passion

Another one that so many internet marketers are missing is Passion take a look around on youtube and there are so many people on there who are marketing products. They really look like the only thing they could be marketing is possibly funeral homes. They dont seem to be excited in fact there are quite a few that cant even crack a smile.

Start at the begging You like the product don’t you? if you don’t you need to find a new product like Primo or yournetbiz you need to sell it to yourself first if you have truly done this others will follow you into your passion. They will want a piece of it. They have got to need to try what you’re having. To start to feel as great as you do . To start having fun while they are making money. You need to make them start to think, what it would mean to their lives if they where getting what your getting. Put in Emotion  show you love it. If this product was a member of the opposite sex that it would be the most perfect being. It would make you happy every morning as soon as you get up.  And the sight of which sends shudders of pure pleasure up your spine as soon as you gaze in the direction of it.

What I’m getting at is you want to really feel good when you are working if you don’t that will come across in what you do. and will affect the quality of leads you get.

Conclusion

So rounding up these five primal skills if applied on a regular basis ( you really want to turn these into habits) will turn any business online or offline into a profitable goldmine. You have to keep at it though as it can be tough at time but you will ultimately be rewarded
